“Made a reservation for a room with a king size bed. I was given a room with two double beds told they didn't have any king size rooms because of the remodel. But I was charged for the king size room. The remote to the tv didn't work. I asked them to replace it while I was at dinner. They did not replace the remote. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain.
