"The room was clean and welcoming, the front desk signed me up for the rewards and was very pleased with the offer and kindness. I had left a stuffed moose by accident and I was able to call and have someone get it. It saved a heartbreak! I would suggest items found be tagged to the room and time to be able to reach out if something could be irreplacable but not complaining just a tip would help elevate the guest experience and trust/loyalty but they did right by me! Breakfast was amazing as well! Will stay again."

"We knew this was an older hotel when booking. We expected some things to be dated. After arriving at our rooms late in the evening one of them, the TV would not work properly. It was stuck on a home screen of some kind. Also, the heater would not blow heat. I spoke to the guy front desk when checking out and updated him on the issues. He was very helpful and apologetic.
