“There was no soap shampoo in the rooms. Mid way through my first night i was told i was being moved to a different room. When I opened the mini fridge there was a roll of sausage that was spoiled. The breakfast was minimal on Saturday nothing was offered on Sunday. The staff was non existent except when i was told.to change rooms. It was not a good experience. ”

“The staff was great. Room was clean. Tv was horrible. When we mentioned this to the staff we were told yeah tvs are terrible. Breakfast buffet was inedible. We have stayed sleep inns before and this is the worst of all. We won’t be back. ”

“Noise from sliding entrance door to the hotel below our room. Could hear snoring from room next to ours. Bed was not comfortable.”

“It’s an older, renovated property. It’s perfect for someone that needs a place to lay for a night or 2. Staying there longer would be uncomfortable. Must enjoy stairs as there is no elevator. Ice machine wasn’t working so we would’ve had to see the tweaker working the desk. ”

There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded……

“The room was clean and well equiped. On a par with most mid priced Hilton or Marriot properties. Plenty of towels and equiped with special towels for the wife to use for make-up removal. She appreciated that. The only thing we found laking was the bed. It seemed a little mushy and was hard to get comfortable on. Otherwise, you couldn't have asked for a much better hotel room. Check in was a breeze as was check out. The staff was very friendly and was able toaccomodate all of our……
