“Great service and very accommodating ”

“The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ala carte doesn't seem to be the norm in the main restaurant, so be sure to request it on the way in. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay.”

“breakfast was decent and good for the price. Pool was great. Staff was great! Hotel room was clean. Carpets could be replaced though. ”

“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

“Booked here to accommodate a family flight that got delayed, it was already past 8pm when I started booking, I noted in the comments we wouldn't be arriving till 1-2 am. Then when it was finalized I get the policy they only check in till 9pm. I instantly requested to cancel the booking and never got any response. I ended up having to book at another hotel and pay for a room here that I was unable to check in to.”

“The room was in good condition. And the location isn’t too bad. But the staff was kind of aloof. Also the hotel as a whole makes good use of the “angles” online. It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here.”

“I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”

“Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. After she left, I began to notice the television didn’t work, I checked to see if it was plugged in and the cable was cut and there was no T.v. Plug. I...

“I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

“The mattress was sinking in the middle.. room was very small.. hardly enough space between the bed n entrance.. beach was private but small . No hot water for shower. .. rest everything was fine.. Google maps directions aee not accurate ”
