"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

Food was very good, breakfast buffet and the two other restaurants we ate at. check in and check out process was a long wait because only two people handling guests. reception area was Very warm. shuttle from room to reception area where the beach and restaurants were located is somewhat inconvenient. overall a very good experience but far from perfect. good for a night stay as there really isn't much to do."
