Everything was great.

We were after a place on the beach with a sauna and hot tub. This place had all that. Everything worked great. Close enough to shopping but just far enough away that it felt private. We had a great time at this property.

Daytona Resort

The property was beautiful and the location terrific other than some other homes in the area still rebuilding from last years hurricane. The beach was quiet and no driving in the area. Beautiful decks and sunrises. I have visited Daytona Beach my whole life and have family in the area. The property was a welcome relief from staying with relatives and the owner was very communicative.

Amazing Location

This house is amazing! The host was very accommodating and replied very quickly. The location is the best and has amazing views. Was so enjoyable. We were hardly in the house except to cook and sleep! The views were to amazing to be inside. And we are from south Florida but the beaches up north are beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

Loved being able to walk off the deck into the sand. Keep in mind that this house is right next to a public access if privacy is important to you. House is a bit dated but still nice. The deck was amazing! Had to contact owner about door lock not working but she was super nice and got it fixed asap for us.

5 Star Price but 3 Star Value

Have been renting on VRBO (HomeAway) for 11 years and generally pay top dollar for the places we choose. In this case, it is quite obvious that the pics are very dated...the property is in a state of disrepair outside and in. The location is great and would be worth a 5 star price if the property were better taken care of.

Paradise in Daytona Beach

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay and let us tell you that this beach home was incredible!!! The view to the Ocean is the first thing your senses are hit with as soon as you arrive!! The Home was clean and beautiful and featured everything we would need for our 7 day trip!! The jacuzzi was such a great surprise as well as the NEW HUGE big screen TV in the front room!!! The Master bedroom upstairs features all glass with the view facing the ocean!! The sliding glass doors on our balcony allowed us to enjoy every moment of the ocean plus sunsets and sunrises. We were surrounded in paradise and can’t think of a better experience for an anniversary!! Look no further because the best place in Daytona beach is here!! We WILL be back!!! Our stay was amazing!!! The house was beautiful! The front area could use some landscaping but who cares? We were there for the beach! And it was literally steps away!!! The house was just like the pictures! And the views were so amazing! I can’t say enough about it!! My husband is NOT a beach person AT ALL ( he went only to see our grandkids lol) and he wants to book this house every year for our family vacation now! The only VERY minor issue we had was the upstairs sliding door latch thing came off— it absolutely didn’t stop door from working just from locking and it was upstairs so we were not concerned-we called host and he said someone would come the next day but we never saw anyone.Again this was minor and we did not feel unsafe or anything. We love this place and I have told everyone about it! Several friends have asked about it to!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The deck actually has a lot more outdoor furniture than is shown in the photos. This place was perfect for the purpose of this trip!

This listing is OK. A little more run down then pictures show. Roof has leaks when it rains and has a misty molded smell at times. Called management to let them know of leaks and was told they are aware. If so they need to have to roof fixed so rain does not come in thru ceiling in upstairs bedroom and leaking they ceiling in living room. Not due to rain blowing in from ocean. House sleeps 8 and was left 8 towels which included bath mat and hand towels so first night didn’t even have enough towels for everyone to take a bath. Had to buy bath towels to even have enough for one night. I don’t mind washing them but expected to have at least enough for the first night. In pictures there was a game table which was not there. Overall we had a good time but for the price we

Very Nice Beach Visit and House

Home was exactly as presented on line. Very clean inside, modern and well designed for 6-8 people. Kitchen well equipped, living and sleeping areas excellent. Appreciate the extra effort to have a instruction brochure and the owner responded quickly to simple question. Beach access very nice, and of course the Daytona Beach is always special.The outside front of the house needed some cleanup of the landscape, and the entrance area that was somewhat putting off as a first impression. Drive way is tight. Perhaps have address more easily viewed from the street. Clearly would return to this house were the opportunity to present self. Thank you.

Awesome location. Nice to set up on the beach and just walk up and down for drink refills and bathroom. House is great too. Loved the Jacuzzi but it took a while to heat up and we didn’t get to use it the first night. Great place. Highly recommended
