This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids."

Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!"

"This was exactly what we were looking for! Had 4 adults and 3 young kids. The rooms were very comfortable and the garage was a fantastic set up for lounging and eating. "We are the first renter of this new place. Everything is brand new. Perfect place for family to relax. A boat is also offered for free. You can also rent bikes, kayaks on premises. Only problem is that the location lacks lake-view. Would love to come back!"

"Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

"My Husband and I had a great stay. We were very close to Turning Stone for a concert we went too. It was private and quiet. Will consider reserving again in the future."

"Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...
