“Arbitrary charges Poor service attitude”

“Overall, the hotel ground were well-kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful - one even gave us cake and wine glasses. The breakfast and the room it was served in were great and the location is easy to get to and central. A couple of issues which I brought to the attention of the front desk. The first was I thought I had reserved a room with two beds and a couch - the bed was double (I think) and a double pull-out couch. When I questioned the front desk, they said it was a common……

“Our stay was brief but thankful for an affordable place to lay our head down for the night. The breakfast is a nice touch too.”

“The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)……

“The room itself was okay. The bed seemed fresh and I liked the there was vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The outside hallway outside of our door was filthy. The air conditioning was loud and difficult to regulate. We were not inclined to try the breakfast.”

“The property is old and tired. Check-in was meh, checkout was worse—clerk was sleeping in front lobby chair, didn’t apologize for the issues I encountered. My first mistake was not realizing this was a motor inn vs. a hotel. However I needed a dry place to sleep—that was a 10/10. However, the room was below basic standards today, poor room lighting, thin bathroom linen, and barely average pillows. The tub was extremely slippery before using any shampoo or shower gel, the grab rail was at……

“4 night stay was supposed to be a five nights stay.Woke up to garbage piled in my hallway everyday. On my last morning, there was a discarded plate of food right at the base of my door. The carpet in my room had crumbs dispersed throughout, so I’m pretty sure they did not run a vacuum during my entire stay. Only one of two elevators was working. I checked out on day four and found another hotel.”

“The property was clean but outdated the hotels from there for quite a number of years! The restaurant is only available a certain hours so you have to go over into the casino to get something to eat! I give it overall four stars.”
