“I loved staying here. The rooms were so clean and nice, I loved the lobby decor and that clover four section hot tub was my favorite perk. Got in late so they put my keys in a lockbox for me, made it super easy. Very good communication and customer service. Highly recommend.”

“A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.”

“First I took the high end 2 bedrooms suite. There was a weird smell like insecticides in the suite. The bedding and pillows were not clean with what appears to be a head hair and also pubic hair plus stains on the bedding. I called front desk and they sent house keeping to redo the room. I reexamined the room and there was still hairs in the beds and pillows. I had to checkout earlier and the manager did not come to talk to me in the morning before I left at 11 AM. Definitely huge decline from 2……
