“the property is not up to the best on cleanliness, or comfort. The sofa's in the room as well as the reception area are way past their time. You sit, you sink! The pool was not up and running. The breakfast is very poor and not a lot of choice. The rooms are very old and need updating. The picnic table at the back that I used for a smoking area is worn, loose and dirty. I don't think I would stay there again.”

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows……
