"The studio apartment is good for a one night's stay for 1 person maybe 2 people. The unit is a bit tight. My biggest complaint if you would say is the stairs. The concrete stairs getting to the unit are incredibly steep so getting luggage down them was nerve wracking. I don't remember any non-slip pads on the steps but there is a railing.Finding the house was a bit challenging. I would recommend the host having a picture of the actual house as I struggled to find the place I was to be. I arrived...

"This property afforded an old world charm with modern amenities. The view from our harbourfront room was spectacular. We enjoyed two meals cooked to perfection. The breakfast buffet was hot with a large variety of food items from which to choose. The staff from the taxi captains to the front desk to the housekeeping and waitstaff were friendly, knowledgeable and ever present. It is a lovely facility and certainly fulfilled our every expectation!"

"Pool was not fully clean on arrival. It is an outside pool and does not have a cover so there were tree pieces, large spiders, bugs and hornets in he pool. Thankfully my youngest child wasnt too bothered by it and removed the bugs before each use. The pool was cleaned on the 5th day we were there. The rooms were very clean. The separate bedroom is not air conditioned and gets hot at night. The 2 spaces together do not sleep 6 comfortably. The couches in the living room are different than in the pictures and are quite hard to sleep on. The host family lives upstairs and footsteps can be heard throughout the day and night. Family seems to stay up quite late which impacted our ability to fall asleep, due to the constant heavy footsteps.. The backyard was beautiful and overlooked a forest. Morning coffees on the patio were very peacefully with lots of different bird sounds."

Quiet & Private Greek-Inspired Coach House in Ladner

"I was so delighted with this bright, spacious place that I found myself dreaming about moving to Ladner and moving in to a place just like it. Its location is ideal if you want to explore the Ladner area. It's just a short walk to Ladner's best restaurants and shops, and the Sunday market features several blocks of fantastic local food, arts, and crafts. I found the unit to be spotless. The kitchen is well-stocked, and I enjoyed making coffee with the beans that were provided. The bed, which is upstairs in a loft (accessible by a spiral staircase), was very comfortable, and the bedroom was quiet. (I happened to be there the night of a major thunderstorm, but I slept soundly anyway.) This place offers so many possibilities for cooking, for games, for entertainment, I wished I could stay a whole week and continue to explore the area. My host Shirley was quick to respond to my questions with helpful replies. I intend to check the availability of this place next time I visit."
