My suggestion would be to provide the following items-stopper for kitchen sink in order to hold water to clean dishes-wash cloth and dish cloth to clean -bathroom soap to wash hands-a fan, incase it gets hot-mirrors in bedrooms in order to free up the bathroom -extra bath towels and include face cloth-add gel top to mattress or change mattress all together, they were not comfortable. Change fold out couch to something more comfortalbe to sleep on or do...

"This was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway! I was attending a music festival at a venue about 3 blocks away. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with an excellent shower. Yes, there is a lot of homelessness in the area, but I was already familiar with the area and the owner was very transparent about what to expect. Regardless, we felt very safe and secure in the spot and same with the parking"
