“Great location for the hot springs. This historic hotel is right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants & shops, right over the bridge. The hotel has a great restaurant located in the lobby offering a wide array of food & beverages. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“Staff was great, the views were beautiful, the food was amazing. Some items were a little pricey in the gift shop area. More than what they were worth but still an amazing experience. Solid weigh room as far as hotels/resorts go and an amazing time in the on site spa!”

“The staff were exceptional, Symphony & Mackenzie at the front desk were so accommodating, friendly and professional. Has to have the frigerator assessed & staff came immediately. Also, exceptional homemade chocolate chip cookies!! ”

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked……
