"We had a great stay at this fantastic property that is exactly as advertised. The place looked just like the photos. The place was in a great location that was close to Times Square and Central Park. The property manager was very responsive and made the entire experience very easy. "Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...
