“My best friend of 50 years and I came to see the first Circles in the Sand for 2025. This Condo is in a great location for this event. The Condo has great views and plenty of room.I gave this property a 4 star instead of a 5 star in the overall and cleanliness because the stairs/path to the beach was a bit on the precarious side. First it's blocked off with yellow tape and the signs inside says use stairs/path with caution.... we used it once going down decided to use public access a couple……

“The home was comfortable and provided outstanding views of the ocean and sea stacks. The kitchen could use updated appliances. All of the interior doors need to be shaved so they are not rubbing the new carpet. Functionality of the doors was difficult. While the direct access to the beach from the home is closed down, the access to the beach was still convenient with a very short walk up the road. ”

“Words can not properly describe how incredible this property is! The view is breathtaking and the area was very quiet and friendly. The beach was great to explore. The owner was there to greet us and give us a tour. He made helpful recommendations and required us to do nothing but relax and enjoy our stay. I ne er knew I needed a towel warming rack before this but I’ll be getting one! Will definitely be back!”
