Backing up to conservation land, this charming Cape Cod cottage is .6 mi from Sea Street Beach. It has all the conveniences of home (TV/WiFI/Internet, W/D, microwave, full kitchen) with all the Cape Cod extras: outdoor shower, sunny deck, flower boxes, one or two blocks from ice cream, restaurants, and miniature golf. Awaken to an Audubon paradise and stroll through old Cape Cod neighborhoods to your choice of 7 Dennis beaches. We are sorry we are not able to provide linens and towels without a price increase, so instead, we will be glad to connect you with a local linen/towel provider or you are welcome to bring your own linens/towels with you. Also, the formatting in the detailed property description for the number of bathrooms may be ambiguous. To clarify, we have 1 full hallway bath with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and vanity; one half-bath connected to the master bedroom (sink, vanity, toilet); and an outdoor shower.

Wonderful cottage
It has been many years since we visited the Cape & my mom wanted to visit again. We spent time with childhood friends and visited the many shops. The cottage was perfect, it had everything we needed and then some, the location was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Vacation
This was the third year we rented this cottage. We love the location - so close to beaches and great restaurants. The house is immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. We noticed the improvements -new comfy patio furniture and the new bench in outdoor shower. We are coming back next year.

Location great..Discovered Dennis Beach which was our favourite . Family bike rides. Many trips for ice cream Sundae School the best, Lots of dining for seafood..I personally had 3 different lobster rolls. House was perfect for 6. Everyone enjoyed outside shower and a nice kitchen to play games with grandkids. Lee was a joy to work with...house better than pictures and hope to return next year!

Cute Cape Cottage
This little cottage was perfect for our family of 5. It was on a very quiet street - just a few blocks from a great ice cream parlor and just a few more blocks to the beach! It was well stocked and cozy. We had a great time!

A lovely cottage conveniently located in Dennis Port.
This small home is very nicely decorated and a nice retreat for a couple or small family. The owner has supplied all of the essentials- pots and pans, cooking utensils, large and small appliances, and a comfy living room with a tv, and even books! The check in process was easy, and Lee, the owner, reached out to us prior to departure to ensure that any questions were answered. We enjoyed our stay!
