This is a duplex that has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side which is great for an extended family. About an 8 minute walk through a park to a nice sandy beach. The park across the street has tennis courts and playground equipment. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and the house is fully equipped with everything that you need

Very clean duplex with walking distance to beach
What a beautiful vacation we had; we rented out both the right/left units. The units are set up perfect with 3 spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen, full bath & outdoor shower, BBQ in backyard, good size living room w/ dinning table, cable (and roku) tv in master b/r and in living room. The units were very clean, it shows that the owner takes pride in his property and guest experience/satisfaction. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had A/C’s and the house was stocked with oscillating fans which kept the house very cool. The house is a 5-10 min walk to Inman Beach, or a min drive. The house is directly across the street from a public park with tennis courts and playground. The owner was very responsive to all questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We would highly suggest renting… we will definitely be back! Beth

Great Beach Week
Renting the house as a whole made our family vacation perfect! Double the kitchens, grills, Outdoor showers, and of course bathrooms was perfect! We loved how the front deck was big and open for the kids to freely go from one side of the house to the other. Although the road was very busy we did enjoy having the park and walking path right across the street! The beach was perfect, small and simple and the water was clean and warm. Dennis was a great host and the open communication was greatly appreciated. This house had everything we needed plus some nice added extras!
