Lovely vacation spot!

Would highly recommend booking here! The check-in was easy, the condo was very clean and a comfortable temperature. This spot is right next to the beach so if you’re looking for somewhere close by, this is it! All you have to do is take the walkway and you’re there. As far as the condo goes, it’s very clean, well decorated, and some labels are around to help navigate where things are located. The Host also had a binder on the coffee table of recommendations for dining, activities, and more which were nice to read through! We were able to easily cook meals and use the fridge for our needs during our stay. However, the location is nearby plenty of restaurant options (The Donut Hole, Domo Izakaya, Merlin’s Pizza were some of our favs - all within 10-15 min drive depending on traffic) if you’re looking to go out. The evening atmosphere was very quiet and other patrons seemed respectful of the rules - no issues at all with noisy activities or neighbors at nighttime, which was great. The beach of course was beautiful and did not feel overcrowded whatsoever and the umbrella service at the beach was great to use as well. At the end of the day this condo was a great cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of activities and lazing at the beach, would definitely recommend booking here!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. It did not disappoint. It is clean, updated, great location and we love the beach view. We can not wait to come back next summer.

We loved our stay here! Such a pretty view. We had everything we needed in the condo. Pool was nice. It was closed for cleaning a few times but always open by mid morning. They had a lot of beach gear in the closet to use but honestly the beach service was decent priced and so convenient. The service in that area is terrible so just make sure to connect to both the condo wifi and the racquet club wifi so your phone can switch between the two. The handheld shower was a blessing with 2 little ones. We literally just put them both in the tub from the beach and hosed them down in the tub. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. Laundry was on 4th and 6th floor and was easy to figure out. It wasn’t too bad not having laundry in the unit.

Very cute decor ! Nice furniture and overall clean however smelled strong like mold and the main building needs to be updated . In its prime it was probably great ! Nice location, great view from condo.

This is our second time to stay at the Jeter's condo! We love it. The location is perfect! The view and beach are great. The heated pool was wonderful for the kids. The room was so comfortable and has everything that we needed. We will be back!

Excellent

Great place to stay in the Destin area. Very quiet complex. Got to see fish, jellyfish, pelicans, gulls, and a dolphin even swam by the beach. Close to all the area restaurants. Would highly recommend.

20th anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was amazing. Loved the location, property and beach access! The only change I would say is to upgrade tv to a smart tv or add a Roku etc so people can stream Netflix etc at night instead of only cable channels. Otherwise it was perfect!

Sweet Condo

The condo is clean and the view of the ocean is wonderful!!! We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would definitely go back. My only suggestion would be to update bathroom floor same as living room, or re-grout tile and replace caulking around toilet. Thank You

Holiday Surf & Racket Club Destin

We love Destin. White sands and a clean beach. Water is a beautiful green color. Plenty of great restaurants that offer fresh seafood. Resort staff were very friendly. We would stay again at Holiday Surf & Racket Club.
