Designed in an artistic COASTAL theme, it includes HIGH-END finishes and attention to every detail! This lovely condo accommodates up to 4. The master bedroom boasts a LUXURY KING-SIZED BED with a wonderful new dream-inducing mattress, along with a QUEEN SLEEPER sofa in the living area.

With tiled floors throughout this BEAUTIFUL condo, it features LARGE ROKU flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen includes new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to prepare those favorite drinks and vacation meals.

All this while you RELAX on your balcony marveling at the ocean views, TAKING IN INCREDIBLE SUNSET, listening to the waves and spot the DOLPHINS SWIM by!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is a gated facility which has direct access to a Beautiful White Sand, Private Beach, a Seasonally-Heated Outdoor Pool, two Tennis Courts and Shuffleboard courts with FREE equipment rental, Sauna, Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities, Barbecue Grill area and a Business Center.

To top it off, we offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (Mar 1 - Oct 30) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay.

Unit 622 has one of the best views on the property, so book early. It fills up fast.

During your stay, take a stroll on the beach down to the jetty to see the boats enter and leave Destin Harbor. Our level terrain makes it a great place to bring your bike to ride or walk among the majestic palm trees of Gulf Shore Drive to Norriego Point. While there, hop on a Water Taxi which can take you just across the harbor to HarborWalk Village. HarborWalk Village plays host to a number of waterfront restaurants, night-life, and specialty shops, many of which overlook East Pass. Seasonal festivals abound with live open-air concerts and fireworks that are shot off over East Pass during the summer months as well as special holidays. Destin Harbor is also famous for having the Largest Private Charter Fishing Fleet in all of North America!

With just a short drive to upscale shopping and premium outlet stores, numerous on and off water activities, plus fun events for all the family, you’ll enjoy many life-long memories on this little piece of heaven. Beautiful condo! Perfect vacation!

My family and I had another wonderful time at this condo! The condo is updated and renovated beautifully. The view is amazing! We went fishing down on the jetty and had the best time. We love this condo and location and will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great getaway

This was a great place to stay. Great location, very clean & perfect for 2 people. Amazing views of the gulf on the patio. Enjoyed the complimentary beach setup each day. Check in/out was easy & the front desk staff was very nice & helpful. I don't have one negative thought or comment on our stay. I would 100% book again. Don't pass up this gem.

Time away

We had an amazing time with fun, food, fishing and sight-seeing. The sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful we had ever seen. The ocean and the breezes were nothing like we had ever experienced. It was the total package. The condo was the perfect size for us. I was not comfortable with someone entering the condo unannounced when we were not there, but there was always someone at the front desk to answer questions.We loved the area.

Reviewer Comments: our condo was great! very nice accommodations with great views, clean, and spacious. would definitely stay there again. the only issue with the premises was the construction around the building. all the sidewalks and grounds had been removed and taped off. the tiled floor on the 6th floor at the elevator was removed, and you had to walk on board planks when entering/exiting the elevator. once completed it will look very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy our stay with Holiday Surf and Racquet, but their were a few little things that were noticed. First of all the ice machine, not sure if the delivery was not on-time, but its nice to have when needed, especially if its included with our accommodations. Second, is the issue with the elevators, not sure if there was a black out or service needed to be handled, but a notice would have been nice. Last but not least, the service that was used on the beach, La Dolce Vita, this service seemed to be a bit unprofessional. They were assisting a family in moving items and one location to the next, and one of the workers decided to throw their belongs and did not apologize. As I understood, the beach service was provided from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and typically they would pick up the chairs and umbrellas maybe just a bit before 5:00 pm., well with this service, beach chairs and umbrellas were being pickup around 3 p.m. For me, I pay for a dull day's service on the beach and when they pick up beach chairs and umbrellas around 3 p.m. or so, it tends to feel rushed and not getting my money's worth.Like always we do enjoy our stay and will be returning, but its the little things that do make a big difference.Thank you.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our condo was spotless, and the best part for us was the included beach chair service—set up daily and ready to go every morning. It made everything so relaxing and hassle-free. Very nice place to stay. Condo was clean, comfortable beds and and decor was nice and well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful beach views from balcony and entire facilities were great. Long walk from the elevator was difficult for an older person.
