The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Perfect location

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fair..5 min. By taxi to main square 15 min walk.The Staff..Liz.is the daughter of the owner..his name is Victor..I never wrote a review before this is my first .I have never been treated so warm and friendly by a hotel staff in all my hotels Lis speaks and understand english Victor is still learning..The rooms are super clean. The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.

The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !

The hotel was overall very clean, very nice and modern. We had great room services and they were flexible about our stay. My husband and I both got sick the day we were supposed to check out and they let us stay for free until we needed to leave for the airport -several hours after check out time. They also helped us get tickets for Machu Picchu and arranged a taxi for our early departure to the train station. They were wonderful!

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice place!

Stayed here three times during our recent trip to Cusco. Clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were really accommodating and friendly, stored bags without charge for our trips on Inca trail and Amazon forest. Located on quiet street, around 10-15 minutes walk to main square, or taxi ride is 5 Soles (about $1.60 US). Would definitely stay here again!

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service. General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke.
