“We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs……

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……

“It’s a very cozy boutique hotel staff are very nice and nice location as well. The only downside is the small breakfast room the capacity is small have to wait if all goes early.”
