“The resort is a good option if you have kids and are after an open bar resort! Don’t expect peace and quietness before 11pm, kids will scream all night long playing and the rooms do not have sound proof insulation, you can hear a pin drop at your neighbor’s room! Other than that, the beach is horrible and not beautiful at all, probably the ugliest beach in the state with a brown water from a river nearby. The food is good, but nothing special. Its definitely overpriced and its probably because……

“The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)”

“Espaço família, para amigos, casal. Tudo excelente. Fui embora querendo voltar já ! E voltarei!”

“Simplesmente perfeito. Presente de Deus.”

“Simplesmente INCRÍVEL! Não tem um item sequer para correção. A pousada é impecável. Perfumadíssima. Tudo novinho.

“What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!”

“There were mosquitoes in my room. I told management twice & twice they said someone was going to spray the room. I had daily bites. I sprayed mosquito repellent every night around the bed to keep them from biting me but was still bitten.”

“It was a true pleasure to stay there with my family. We truly cherished the special moments we shared at Vila Gale.”
