“Really enjoyed this hotel. My flight was canceled so I had to hurriedly find a hotel. Found this one and I felt so lucky! The location is wonderful, right in the old historic section around numerous restaurants and little shops. The breakfast was beyond exceptional. Room was clean and very quiet. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, so helpful! Beautiful hotel”

“Great staff, great location. Nice rooms great AC. Hamilton the bartender was extremely good and made our stay wonderful. I would stay at this hotel again. The pool is good as well. Overall very good.”

“This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well.
The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with..
We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends……

“We really wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately this turned into the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had.
When we checked in, our room smelled strongly of vomit. The hotel acknowledged the issue but was fully booked, so we had to spend the first night there with the promise of moving rooms the next day.
