The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

The property is beautiful, with lush gardens. Very nice restaurant, great breakfast. Very quiet hotel, short walk to the center square. Staff is super kind and helpful. The only con: My son and I stayed here for 3 nights and all 3 nights the shower was too cold ( not unusual in Guatemala)

We stayed here in and out of our trip further into Guatemala. The hotel was a short taxi ride from the airport in a safe zone for travelers. The staff were helpful in booking our inward trip.

Professional staff. Clean rooms. Nice ambience. A good refresher from the countless, monotonous hotels in Zona 1. Tranquil and uniquely designed at a fair price.
