“This is the best choice for a Hotel if you are not staying at the Maria Cristina. Newly remodeled (July 2016) 5-star Hilton hotel with 6-star service. Modern, clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities you will want. Limitations, the restaurant staff is very nice and the service is great, but the menu is limited. “Hotel staff were nice and friendly and the room we stayed it was lovely. It is easy to walk to the center of san sébastian but there are also buses near the hotel you can use.”

“Our stay at the Barcelo Costa Basca was simply perfect. The beds are super confortables, the staff’s cordiality is unmatched and the food was glorious. The gym and spa are a great complement to our guest experience. Only low point were a few minor maintenance issues in our room, but overall the best hotel in our trip so far. Thanks Barcelo, Nacho, Cristina and the crew for a wonderful stay!”

“The room is very very dark with minimal lighting. No kettle in room, water is not replenished the next stay.”
