“Comfortable bed, room was good. Looking a little tired around the edges but hotel amenities were good. Hotel bar courtyard was lovely.”

“Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms and I would have to go to another hotel, it took close to 10 mins for the receptionist to even ask my name, at which point she was able to find my booking. It's worth noting, it was only whan I pointed out that I had made a booking for 5 nights that she even bothered to check.we witnessed other people have the same issue during our time there.rooms are alright. The door of the shower room cannot prevent water from splashing out. Breakfast is not bad, but the cost is super high. Staffs are nice.”

“Both the air conditioner and oil heater were broken, making it cold. There were few rooms available to change rooms because it was the larger one. The location is good, just a short walk to the U station, and one stop from the U station to the central station and Marienplatz. The room size was sufficient, and it was very clean. Although it's on a main road, I didn't notice any noise. There's no breakfast service, but the free coffee was a nice touch. The indoor parking lot has good security, but……
