“旅行全程唯一一家极度不满意的酒店，服务特别差，设施陈旧到不行，工作人员没有服务意识，屋里很潮湿，酒店打扫卫生也很差，大厅的电脑能见到霉斑。不知道加税500多人民币是怎么收费的....”

“Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, weil wir in der Nacht abfliegen mussten. Die Seite haben viele Leute gehabt dadurch ist es in der Nacht ganz schön laut im treppenhaus. Das gehört dann dazu. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Flughafen. Wir haben nur Pizza probiert, war soweit okay. Ein und auschecken war problemlos und zügig. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer in der oberste Etage. Die Matratze hängt in der Mitte ziemlich durch. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Dusche ebenfalls. Vielen Dank wir würden……

“It was a bit confusing for the check in process, no main reception or office. The people who run the restaurant next door, I think also own this property. There is no lift but staff happy to help carry. Was suitable for 1 night stay before going home. Glad I had room furthese away from the street. The street noise carries if you are a light sleeper. ”

“Rooms were a little dated. Staff were mostly very helpful. The hotel was virtually empty so not much atmosphere. Nice place to stay close to the airport. Superb massage in the spa. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting……

“空港のシャトルサービスは見つけやすかったです。 夜中12時過ぎにホテルに到着したのですがチェックインの時に20分ほど待たされ、その間にオーナーから旅程を細かく聞かれ、翌日のダンブッラまでのタクシーを手配する話をされました。そのタクシー料金は相場より10ドル高かったです。残念です。”
