“Check-in chaotique. Chauffage insuffisant pour l'hiver. Literie rudimentaire”

“Hébergement conforme au descriptif mais, ce qu’on ne voit pas sur les photos c’est le manque de luminosité car il n’y a qu’une seule petite fenêtre dans le salon et une chambre sans fenêtre. Par ailleurs nous avons eut la désagréable surprise d’avoir un chauffage coupé à l’arrivée, sans eau chaude. Lorsque que nous avons mis le chauffage pour avoir une température correcte (pas plus de 20 degrés), le propriétaire nous a demandé de baisser le chauffage par rapport aux consommations électriques……

“I loved the hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Very near to Disneyland with bus stop just outside hotel. Only complaint is about the swimming pool. It was not advertised that the pool would be closed from 1st September! My kids went down to the pool all ready to find it was all locked up. It was 24 degrees!!! They were very upset. I feel with global warming you need to make a change to these rules. On Friday 4th September it is 29 degrees in Paris. I was told by reception it is classed as……

“Amazing hotel- great pool, breakfast and rooms. Lots and lots of positives. The only negative and i found it very frustrating was the front desk. Unfortunately the way its designed is they deal with all queries/request so its just a constant bottle neck - swimming pools towels, room problems, check in and out, telephone queries - they just cant handle the volume of tasks. If they sort this out, it would be fantastic”

“Me encantó este hotel. Fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños (10 y 2 años) a pesar de que estuvimos poco días los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina por la noche. La habitación bastante limpia y el staff muy amable”
