“The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was……

“As great welcome on arrival, room all ready for us, perfectly clean and comfortable. Weather was great and pool area and bar were used shortly after arrival then good food in the evening just what was needed for a long weekend break.”

“The room we asked to stay in was perfect - we were very happy the excellent hotel staff could arrange this for us. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the cleaning staff are friendly. The breakfast is always excellent and the waiting staff are super efficient and also very kind and welcoming. The only thing to improve is the coffee - the coffee machine settings aren’t set well so the coffee is too watery. I preferred the coffee jugs… Jose Carlos the pool boy is always very friendly and……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”
