“This was our first time traveling to Costa Rica and I’m glad we chose this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. AC worked well! Parking is in front of the hotel. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was delicious. We were also able to exchange a small amount cash USD at the front desk which was convenient. There are a few restaurants walking distance away that were also wonderful!”

“Very mixed feelings On the positive side, hotel is resort like with huge premises, 4 pools, spa, many bars and restaurants, a casino. Rooms were big and beds comfortable On the negative, rooms needed update, windows were not cleaned, service was mixed (some great, some very bad, such as Santiago from reception and Ana from quality), shuttle to airport only every one hour, distance to airport 15 min due to a huge loop although hotel is very close, jacuzzi had no hot water, lobby bars were……

“The grounds are not really nice like the pics. There is one very small, enclosed area that is decent. Hotel rooms are quite loud because the property is on a busy frontage road, and the highway and directly across from SJO runways.”
