The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable and we slept really well. "This hotel was so aesthetic and cute! Absolutely loved the room. It was extremely spacious and clean and we loved the robes that came with the room. The first day we were there it was clear skies and the view was absolutely magical. The other nights we didn't have the best weather so it did get pretty windy since its on the water but the views were still amazing. Check in and out was extremely easy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Iceland and looking for something away from the city but still close enough to drive to easily. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"Room was good as usual but always missig the possibility to open a window. Was suprised being charged for a City Tax at the property as there is no such Tax In Iceland! "

"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

"Very unique Hotel in a stunning location, staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had a panoramic corner suite with stunning views to wake up to. Great location for seeing the lights with not too much light pollution. We ate in the Hotel both nights and the food was delicious. Highly recommended."
