“Great staff, great environment”

“The beach and ocean are great here, but the staff was not overly helpful and all meals took an hour or more after ordering, despite the resort being largely empty. The rooms were decent and the animals were interesting.”

“It’s actually quite a nice hotel with a good restaurant attached. The location is great being a short walk to the castle and central Cape Coast. It was surprisingly quiet, except for the crashing waves. My room had a musty smell and there wasn’t daily cleaning. That said, I also did not request cleaning. No pool and I wouldn’t swim in the ocean. The water seems clean it’s just that the current is so strong. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Mattress was a bit hard but otherwise no complaints”

“We initially had an issue with our Hotels.com reservation not connecting to the hotel system. The hotel only uses Expedia (and isn’t familiar with Hotels.com). After an hour and 3 phone calls to Hotels.com, they were able to speak with the hotel owner and see our reservation in the Expedia site. After that, we had a very relaxing stay and really enjoyed the incredibly kind staff and lovely attention to our needs! The food was wonderful, very fresh, delicious and prepared efficiently. We……

“Erg duur voor de prijs. Het ziet er op foto veel mooie uit dan in het werkelijkheid. De bedden zijn niet comfortabel, het lijkt of je op een harde vloer ligt (op zijn zachts gezegd)”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach hotel! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure being there, and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back again soon!”

“Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. The decorative pillows on the bed has a old dusty musty smell and obviously hadn't been cleaned. When I lay in the bed 🛌 my skin keeps itching 😩. The mattress is VERY HARD, but pillows were soft. The Television didnt turn on. The AC turned off on its own. There is no iron in the rooms or blowdryer for your hair. There is no coffee maker either. This……

“The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daniel drove safely, Afriye was warm and welcoming, the restaurant staff very efficient, Jenny and Araba the best tour guides, they were informative and interactive, and to top it off Tricia was very pleasant and professional. I’ll definitely be back. The scenery is beautiful, and the facilities are well maintained.”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. ”

“Beautiful property and staff were amazing!”

“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”
