"Staff was amazing! Great customer service 10/10 Very helpful on anything you need 100% recomend this place Remember no elevator So if you can’t claim the stairs ask for the Lower level."

"location"

"Estuvo muy bien solo hay que agregar un buró resolver el tema del agua para que salga rápido caliente y que cambien la llave del lavabo que se sale el agua"

"Everybody was great!!! Will stay there again and every time I am back in town."

"Beautiful hotel. Location is great. Everything was very close by and within walking distance. The only thing we had a hard time with, was the fact that the bed is located up stairs. We had to climb down in the middle of the night to go to the restroom downstairs."

"Very closed to Oaxaca Main Street, shops, restaurants and main attractions. Highly recommend this place - will stay over again!"

"Beautiful, colonial style building and the staff were friendly. One issue is that there’s no elevator, but the staff are willing to help take the luggage up the stairs. Two, the hotel faces the plaza, which is scenic, but picks up a lot of nighttime noise. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend."

"lastima que los blancos y almohadas esten tan feas arreglando esto estaria muy bien"
