We did a two day tour through the property including a sunrise trip and couldn’t have been happier. "Normally we are very happy with our stays at your hotel, which is why we chose it again for our recent visit in the apartment. However, this time we experienced a few issues that we wanted to share. There was no towel or cloth available in the apartment to dry the plates we used. We asked for some towels, but unfortunately we did not receive any. Since the apartment includes kitchen amenities, it would be helpful to have something available to dry dishes. In addition, the hairdryer stopped working after about one minute of use. We mentioned these issues to the staff during our stay and were told they would pass the information on to management. We wanted to follow up so you are aware of it. Overall we still enjoy staying at your hotel, and we hope these small issues can be improved for future guests."
