Very clean and large rooms with nice showers. Very enjoyable experience with the accommodations. The only not so positive would be the food at the hotel restaurante which was mediocre.

Dinner and breakfast need improve quality. Specially dinner is very poor quality. Chef and restaurant administration seems not to care about customer feel pleased with dinner.

BE AWARE! This hotel should be maybe 3 stars... The breakfast is really nice and the attention at the restaurant is great, but everything else has buts... THE WORST RECEPTION, unclean bed and bathroom, expensive unexpected early check-in quote and a construction just in front of the hotel that starts with really annoying sounds at 8AM. The receptionist when checking-in was really rude and indifferent. Apparently here is an early check-in charge of around 60 USD plus taxes, (this fee specification is not communicated anywhere); that they will charge you depending on the receptionist MOOD!, I know this because my peer also checked-in early and she didn´t get a charge. This is the worst experience I´ve had in hotel check-in so far... I came from an 11 hour flight, arriving to the hotel at 7am to find a very rude treatment. What options did I have? Pay or wait somewhere until 3pm! So I payed and when I got to my room I came to find unclean bed sheets and the bathtub with hair everywhere, it was so disgusting but I was so tired and I had a busy trip so I didn´t have the chance to say anything. When I made check-out, they told me I´d get my receipts by email. It has been almost a week and I haven´t gotten them yet. I had to call to ask for them and the first time they hanged-up the phone, the second time they said they´d contact me through email... which hasn´t happened either.
