“Great location overlooking Gyllyngvase beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Hannah for welcoming us on arrival, very kind! Breakfast included in room charge and very well done. Just FYI if you are coming by train the walk with luggage is mostly uphill and takes about 10 min”

“Our lodge was spacious and very clean upon arrival. The only downside of the holiday was the swimming pool opening times. Advertised as open from 9am but had to wait at least an hour on a couple of days due to the chlorine levels not being right, which was an inconvenience. Also, the takeaway menu from the restaurant was limited on a few nights. Apart from that, we would certainly visit again. Ideal for a family getaway and only 15 minute drive to Padstow.”

“Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Food excellent. Bay Bar very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. Room with sea views within 20 metres of the beach. Parking a little cramped and difficult.”

“Beautiful surroundings, pool area was lovely. We were disappointed with the room, it was tired the air con wasn't working well and the hot water wasn't great, the taps ran hot for a few seconds only and the shower went from hot to cold quickly.”
