“The welcome was very nice when we arrived. But when we got to our room there was only one towel and robe for two of us and no decent mugs to have a cup of tea. The breakfast the following morning was very busy, and the coffee machine always needed service and the coffee was not up to the right temperature. We sat down and felt like we were forgotten due to the amount of people at the same time having breakfast. Over all for what we paid it felt like we were short changed. I also did not like……

“Room was clean and amenities were great. Some stuff like the lift were still under construction and was not functional. But no complaints”

“Our lodge was spacious and very clean upon arrival. The only downside of the holiday was the swimming pool opening times. Advertised as open from 9am but had to wait at least an hour on a couple of days due to the chlorine levels not being right, which was an inconvenience. Also, the takeaway menu from the restaurant was limited on a few nights. Apart from that, we would certainly visit again. Ideal for a family getaway and only 15 minute drive to Padstow.”

“Room comfortable Booked 2 rooms but were placed in different floors Food in restaurant not good too salty and expensive ”

“Helpful staff , room had sea view. Good shower and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast ,”

“Beautiful surroundings, pool area was lovely. We were disappointed with the room, it was tired the air con wasn't working well and the hot water wasn't great, the taps ran hot for a few seconds only and the shower went from hot to cold quickly.”
