“Good hotel and staff but booked a suite but we did not get a room with a sofa or bed robes. Lift was broken and we were on the top floor. Stayed here before, it is a good hotel and would recommend it”

“I so want this place to succeed! It’s in the most picturesque village, but needs some TLC after a string of management changes. New team comes in August. The bedrooms are clean, small, very comfortable and well designed. Current staff are lovely, but they’re leaving in 2 weeks.”
