“I found the staff very friendly and polite and no issues with them, but I have to say the conditions of the rooms was far below my expectations things seemed dirty and extremely run down. The curtains was dirty the remote for the control had no back the floor tiles was chipped and marked from previous damaged I did ask for my room to be cleaned again but their was a reluctant for staff to do so and told me that the dirt is from the suitcase. However that was not the case when they came to clean……

“We stayed here for 5 days. we loved it, it was my kids first trip to Guyana. they felt safe. Great location good food, friendly staff 24hrs a day. will defiantly stay here again.”

“Die Zimmer sind klein und funktional. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenfrei Kaffee und man kann seine Wasserflaschen nachfüllen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, es gibt also nichts zu sehen drum herum. Das Beste ist das Restaurant: super schnelle Bedienung und absolut leckere Gerichte.”

“This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . Sitting on the patio are drinking rum punch and chatting in this quite neighborhood was priceless.. Very safe area but you need to get taxis everywhere but my sister who was in the center of town , also had to get……

“The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers.”
