“Bar very expensive”

“Staff at desk need too learn some manners and management Rebeca her attitude is appalling 😡😡toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. I’m a disabled person. The manager from the restaurant was appalled at how we were treated and spoken too. So so he gave us keys too another small room. It was to far away but at least he helped us. They fixed it next day. Left a right mess in the room. The room stank of fish. And on balcony there were cigarette bits. What a joke 😡😡holiday ruined £700 it cost to……

“Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!”

“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

“Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking……

“Room was clean bed comfy with nice white bedding. Nice white towels in bathroom. Staff friendly. Parking dealt with by staff. Breakfast was ok.”

“located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con”
