“The inside of the hotel was nice. We were disappointed that the outside of the property wasn't kept clean and tidy. The outside pool was closed and looked like it hadn't been used in a while. We had booked a balcony bay view and the room we were given didn't have a view because everything was overgrown and the loungers hadn't been cleaned. We managed to get a different room with the help of one of the helpful staff members, but was disappointed that we couldn't use the balcony because it had……

“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

“Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!”

“Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking……
