"Rude front desk staff on arrival. Put me into a mobility room when I had booked a higher level room. When asked to change it was a long discussion but in the end I was given the room I paid for. Check out is 11am. Wouldn’t consider a later check out. When I took a shower at 8:30am there was no hot water. Don’t recommend. A disaster. Shame as location is great but very poor front desk staff.
