"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "

The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy.
