"This property is nice, but it could definitely use a revamp on the exterior. We only stayed 1 night before taking the ferry to Moorea. You can tell it is an older property by the look of the buildings from the outsides. Our room was still pretty nice with a gorgeous ocean view and a jacuzzi tub. The staff was extremely kind and as accommodating as possible. They allowed us to check into our room hours earlier than expected and even upgraded us from the room we reserved to a better one. While we waited, they allowed us to use the spa showers to get freshened up after our long flight and when we realized our electronics chargers were incompatible with their outlet, they loaned us adapters. The beachfront is absolutely gorgeous and we loved walking along the black sand. The restaurant breakfast buffet was ok, but insanely expensive. $87 for 2 people. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay again."

"Good location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Great staff. Room was clean. Bedding, curtains could be updated. The tiles around the pool could be redone/cleaned as it makes the area a little neglected which is a shame because the pool is beautiful. I’m being a little more critical as I was coming from spending 3 nights in a beautiful resort on Bora Bora."

"We had to stay one night in Tahiti to catch the ferry to Moorea the next day. This hotel was walking distance to everything. The ferry, food, bars, and a grocery store to grab snacks and drinks for our stay in Bora Bora. Was a basic room. And very clean with friendly staff. "

"We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant. The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti. "
