Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare."

We stayed for 2 nights and met no one. Apart from being deserted, the resort suffered from power cuts. One was several hours long.
