I arrived at 12:30 pm, check-in time is 3pm. The staff is very nice and help us to do all the check-in work first, so I only need to pick up the key cards at 3pm.
We booked a room with 2 full size beds and a tatami area as we have 4 people. The beds are comfortable and big (maybe its a queen size!)
The food at the restaurant is excellent. We tried their dinner sets with Hida Beef; the food at breakfast buffet was really good as well. Hotel offer late……
