MORE than responsive to our questions and needs. Any issues we had with the villa we rented she was on top of. That said, here's what we encountered (as 3 couples): Pros: Location couldn't be faulted as the views from the main and top floors were fantastic. Private pool plus 2 extra open-use pools. Short walks to Secret Harbour, Prickly Bay, and a small beach at the bottom of resort. A number of very good places to eat within walking distance (including the West Indies Brewing Company and a well stocked mini market). Very good housekeeping services. Close to the airport and St George. Easy to find for tour operators. Very good WiFi. Cons: If you're not fond of walking steep hills consider renting a car as there are 2 that need climbing to get to said amenities. Cramped kitchen area. No AC or toilet on the main floor (had to go downstairs to the bedrooms). Spiral staircases ONLY although you can get into the villa via back doors. Outdoor grill that NEEDS to be replaced." EXCELLENT BEACH. Pleasant front desk (Kathleen and Alister). The room and the proper in general needs some renovations, but it was SPOTLESS. The one and ONLY downside to our stay was that i left the keys inside the room and when we were given access to the room returning from the beach, there were US$100 from my bag. I am not confrontational person and it was a non-refundable stay and we had no plan B in mind. I reported it to the dront desk immediately and let them handle it as professional as possible. I also didnt what low-life decision reflect poorly on the rest of the staff. Everything..goodies!"
