“When we checked in - it was a HORRIBLE room - dirty, broken things, unacceptable. After some time we were assigned another room - at another wing of the property - and everything was fine there . So he average of 1 and 5 is 2.5 - I give it a 3 - to be generous. The food service was awful. Slow service, wrong items served - after waiting for almost an hour - dirty dishes left right next to us when guests had left. We stopped eating on premises. The beach was lovely and the property is……

“The resort was nice-close to where our grandson is staying. But the resort needs much updating. Safes don’t work, lots of light bulbs out in the rooms and drain stops in all the sinks gone. When we came to check in at 5 PM -office was locked and couldn’t get in the rooms.
But the staff was nice, the shower and water was nice and hot. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well.”
