"Great location! Vanke Mall on one side, a lovely garden on the other, and super close to Songshan Lake. Parking’s easy. Rooms are clean, breakfast is awesome, and the staff are really nice. Totally recommend!"

"It was really nice, the property, its staff, breakfast etc all really nice. The kitchen closes -- and not 24hrs, so that was sometimes difficult, not getting food later in the day."

"The setting was is wonderful. the food in the restaurant was outstandiong. The problem is that the front desk staff was not conversant on English. They helped as best they could.
other problem, when huge crowd comes to breakfast, cleaning up dirty dishes took a long time. Had to waive down staff to clear table so we ca n sit and start buffet breakfastt. Dinner the American food was not good, we had to send a dish back that was stale.
Also there were 4 weddings in 4 days. One time both...

"今次12月20日入住是極度失望， 房間設施多方面壞掉包括房間溫泉浸浴出水不夠熱及空調不能製冷風， 技術人員來到亦不能修補！晚上沖涼沒有熱水，小朋友差點著涼，叫我們落去公衆浴室沖涼，小朋友及大人都愕然！為什麼我們訂這間溫泉酒店會是這樣安排，原本想讓小朋友在房間享受浸溫泉之樂，不想在那麼凍天氣走來走去及在公衆浴池與其他人聚集！最後在關池30分鐘唯有匆忙地到公衆浴室洗澡！酒店公關方面沒有作任何補償！如果只到公衆洗澡及浸溫泉，為何要訂住貴酒店，房間亦不便宜，但完全享用不到其設施，這是公關部失敗！只說句不好意思罷了完事！完全令我們不會再入住其酒店！ 金玉其外敗絮其中！"

"Cheap is what this hotel is so don't expect much from your stay. Also would help if they had some staff that spoke a little English as well. would reccomend if you what somewhere cheap to stay otherwise find a better hotel."
