“Customer service is the worst”

“I had a wonderful two week stay in April 2026. The Las Sirenas room was large, always clean and well-equipped although I couldn't make the safe work. The wi-fi in the room was good, the TV had quite a few channels in English, but the channel with the hockey games was constantly freezing. Not there to watch TV anyway. AC worked well and was much appreciated. The high temps all 14 days were either 28 or 29 and the overnight 'lows' either 27 or 28 !! The pools are warm and nearly always empty as……

“It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway. ”

“The place was excellent over all, the only thing that we did not find good was the food quality. The food quality was very poor. but over all place was beutyfull.”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

“The food was great staff was wonderful beach was perfect. Ask ahead if any events a wedding was a little reckless and not well managed with paying guests in mind.”

“What a great spot! I have stayed at several places in Roatan and this is by far one of the best! Super clean! The staff is super attentive and super friendly! Never once did they make me feel like me and my partners were unwanted! Such a lovely spot and super private! 10/10 would recommend!”

“This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.”
