“This place is a quiet little gem in West End. Lovely pools and grounds. Clean nice rooms and ammenities. I really enjoy staying here and I stay here often.”

“I have stayed at Infinity Bay several times and keep coming back- I love it there! This was the first time that I stayed since you guys added the new pool. My only suggestion would be to add some shade (big umbrellas, shade sails) to the new pool (and to the other one too). Both pools are in direct sunlight for the majority of the day and the sun can be pretty fierce. Past that- I'll be back as soon as I can!”

However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. “The hotel is a five star resort and you can tell since the moment you enter the complex. Its a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very well located, in front of that beautiful sea of Roatan. Since its kind of the last hotel its beach is more private and clean. The food is AMAZING, the rooms are big and so comfortable! the staff, very kind and customer service. We had the opportunity to see a weeding and everything was planned very special. Since it is not an 'all inclusive' hotel, be prepared to spend a lot……

“This was the best trip I've ever been on! The Villas were just as described, so clean, and the room was cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast. The grounds were so beautiful and maintained wonderfully. The location was perfect if you are looking for a slower, relaxing environment, and access to the reef was incredible. The staff could not have done their jobs better, Sasha, Noel, Rose, everyone... The perfect curated group to make every aspect of our trip seamless. Food and drinks?……

“experience so many problems at this place one that the light fixtures weren’t working second there was mold on the ceiling. We removed several times. Staff and waiters were not friendly. They would say good morning to some guest and not to others I believe because we had several issues. They were less likely to speak with us. We’re not friendly. My husband had an accident on the property and I felt like it was brushed over and not taking care of. There’s no landline. They rely on Wi-Fi which……

“What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! ”
